A Day in the Life: As a Quality Control Associate, the role centers on evaluating incoming deliveries and ensuring products meet all quality specifications and receiving standards. You'll monitor seafood HACCP documentation, collaborate with warehouse and procurement teams, and contribute to vendor quality assurance. This position includes conducting audits, tracking non-compliance, and supporting training efforts to uphold safety and labeling protocols.
