Job Description

Join a modern manufacturing facility producing Cross-Laminated Timber (CLT) products. As a General Production Worker, you will operate hand tools, production equipment, and forklifts while supporting safe and efficient manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate hand tools, machinery, and production equipment
• Safely move materials and finished products using a forklift
• Handle lumber and wood products throughout the manufacturing process
• Follow production procedures and quality standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

Requirements

Production, manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred

Forklift experience is a plus

Comfortable working with wood products in a manufacturing environment

Ability to follow safety procedures and work in a fast-paced setting

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Pay: $21/Hour

Shift: 1st Shift

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane Valley, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
