Material HandlerAtlas Staffing is hiring a Material Handler for an assembly and distribution company in the technology industry. This is a full-time long-term temporary position that may become permanent and is located in Liberty Lake. Apply now for this great opportunity!Objective : Responsible for performing the physical or administrative tasks involved in the receiving, storing, shipping, packaging, and distributing of materials, parts, supplies, returned product, and finished goods.ResponsibilitiesPick sales orders and production jobsResponsible for inventory transaction entriesEnsure proper labels are used, and properly markedAssist with inventory controlUtilize basic stocking processes to put away finished goods and raw materialUtilize proper techniques for packaging sales ordersIdentify consolidation potential to maximize warehouse spacePerform all work assignments with proper material handling techniques, following quality standards and safety precautionsUse of forklift, pallet jack, and hand truck to move materials around the warehouseAssist with regular clean-up duties as neededRequired SkillsHigh School diploma or GEDReceiving, picking, and packaging experience REQUIREDAbility to read, write, and process basic mathForklift experience REQUIREDExperience working with ERP system, preferredExperience working in a team environment, and/or independentlyPhysical DemandsAbility to regularly sit or stand and use hands to manipulate small components.Frequently reach with hands and arms, occasionally above the shoulders or below the knees.Frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.Shift : Monday-Friday, Hours will be between 7:30am – 4:00pm availability neededWage : $17.50 – $17.50BenefitsPreventative medical benefits for you and your familyEmployee assistance programs availableInjury medical options available for you and your familyPaid Sick Time in accordance with your state#J-18808-Ljbffr
