Job Title:Inventory Control ILocation: Post Falls, ID, USA 83854Duration: 5+ MonthsSchedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMSteel-toe shoes are required.The work environment includes three temperature zones:Dry warehouseCooler (approximately 34F)Freezer (approximately 0F)Freezer gear and related protective clothing will be provided as needed.Physical RequirementsMust be able to lift and move up to50 lbs .Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesEmployees will use a handheld scan gun that identifies inventory locations requiring counts. The process includes:Traveling to the assigned location.Scanning the location barcode.Counting inventory.Entering the quantity and submitting the count.Daily volume can vary:Heavy days: up to1,000 countsLighter days: approximately300 countsOnce counts are completed, a variance report is generated and provided to experienced cycle counters who research and resolve any discrepancies.Top Skills for SuccessStrong accuracy and attention to detail when counting inventory.Ability to work efficiently and complete tasks in a timely manner.Prior warehouse experience and familiarity with warehouse inventory systems
