Customer Service Associate

Join our team at nomnom on Northwest Blvd in Spokane, WA. This full-time position offers a salary range of $17.13-$20.83 hourly, with eligibility for a $3.00 shift differential. The address is 2103 W Northwest Blvd, Spokane, WA 99205.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Accurately ring up sales on the POS system.
• Handle cash and other forms of tender.
• Comply with company policies and safety procedures.
• Manage merchandise stocking and inventory.
• Maintain site cleanliness and equipment upkeep.
• Work cohesively with other employees.
• Perform duties with minimal supervision and flexible hours.
• Obtain required food and age-restricted product certifications.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift.
• Ability to see with 20/40 vision.
• Ability to communicate and follow safety procedures.
• Frequent reaching, gripping, and lifting.
• Ability to squat, kneel, and climb.
• Exposure to gas fumes, solvents, and occasional noise.

Qualifications:

• At least 19 years of age.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales and handling cash preferred.
• Perform basic math accurately.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Ability to work various shifts as scheduled.
• Ability to work with equipment, tools, and materials.
