Position: Accounts Receivable & Payable Clerk (Full Time)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Accounts Receivable
• Daily processing of customer invoices
• Record customer payments and maintain accurate A/R records
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on past due balances and resolve billing discrepancies
• A/R Reports
• Accounts Payable
• Review & Receive Vendor invoices
• Resolve billing discrepancies
• Process vendor payments by ACH & check
• Reconcile accounts as assigned
• Communicating effectively and professionally with both customers & vendors, both on the phone and through email
• File and maintain documents in an organized manner
• Weekly reporting of metrics
• Maintaining a clean and professional office space
• Any other duties as assigned by the company

Candidate Qualifications:

• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• At least one year of experience in A/R & A/P preferred
• Good computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn accounting and business software.
• Clean and Professional Appearance
• Must align with Action's core values and company culture
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Hours are 7a.m. to 4p.m., Monday through Friday.
• In Person Job. No Remote work
