Join our fast-paced warehouse team and start enjoying the benefits of a great job from your first day. We're seeking reliable Warehouse Associates who are ready to work, learn, and grow.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Safely perform the material handling and warehousing processes required in the receiving, processing, storing, moving, packing, and shipping of parts, materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Operate handheld scanner to access and update information for receiving, counting and order processing.
• Willingness to be trained on and operate order pickers, reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, and overhead hoists. Keep in mind, not all available positions operate equipment.
• Report defects and need for repairs.
• Utilize pneumatic tools and/or power tools to build and construct wooden shipping containers.
• Utilize tools for the application of paint and rust preventative.
• Perform housekeeping functions as required.
• Other duties as assigned by Caterpillar management from time to time.

• Thoroughness: The ability to properly perform quality checks; Focus on accuracy to provide our customers with the best possible experience; ability to follow verbal and written instructions; perform a variety of clerical functions as needed and understand basic math; ability to read/write and interpret documents in English
• Experience: Have at least 1 year of warehouse experience and Demonstrated longevity of at least twelve months in previous employment Agility: Must be able to repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds individually, walk approximately 10 to 12 miles per day, sit, stand, squat, and bend over repetitively and consistently, throughout your shift with or without reasonable accommodation.

What to Expect After Applying:

• Candidates that have passed the phone screen will be sent an online assessment
• Candidates who are successful with the phone screen and online assessment will be scheduled for an interview.

Shifts:

• Weekend Shift: Saturday and Sunday, 10:00am-8:30pm
