Pie Insurance is seeking a Quality & Training Analyst to protect our policies across underwriting, audit, and customer service teams. You will run file audits, help develop and deliver training, and maintain governance documentation to ensure our processes are accurate, compliant, and continually improving.

This remote role in the United States requires 3+ years in insurance quality or related fields, a strong attention to detail, and clear communication to support cross-functional collaboration
