Immediate Hiring - Packer

Job Duties:

• Prepare and package orders for shipment
• Build and secure pallets using nail guns, staple guns, and banding equipment
• Inspect materials and verify orders before shipping
• Perform material handling and support warehouse operations
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow safety procedures and work as part of a team
• Assist with loading shipments once forklift certified

Requirements:

Warehouse, packaging, general labor, or shipping experience preferred

Forklift experience is a plus

Comfortable using hand tools and power tools

Ability to lift, move materials, and work in a production environment

Strong attendance, reliability, and teamwork skills

Safety-focused mindset

Immediate joiners preferred

Candidates with good tenure and stable work history are strongly encouraged to apply

Must be able to pass Drug Screening (DG)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane Valley, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.55 - $20.55/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
