Entry-Level Construction Warehouse Associate

Garco is seeking a dependable and self-motivated Entry-Level Construction Warehouse Associate to support our warehouse and construction operations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals to start a career in the construction industry. No prior experience is required. We will provide training for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and distribute construction materials and supplies.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
• Prepare materials and equipment for job sites.
• Operate warehouse equipment following safety procedures (training provided).
• Support construction crews with material staging and deliveries as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age to meet company vehicle insurance requirements.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines.
• Pass pre-employment drug test.

The salary range for this position is between $20 and $23 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
