Job Details: Job Location: VLWH - Warehouse - Spokane Valley, WA, Position Type: Full Time, Education Level: High School Diploma or GED, Salary Range: $18.00 - $21.00Hourly, Job Shift: Flexible, Job Category: Warehouse - Distribution Center,Job Summary Responsible for accurately picking, packing, labeling, and preparing products for shipment to Vapor Lounge locations. This position plays a key role in ensuring timely and accurate order processing while maintaining product quality standards ensuring store transfer deadlines are met.Requirements Follow standard operating procedures (SOPS) for receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.Maintain compliance with all company policies and safety standards.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including packing stations and aisles.May assist with loading shipments into delivery vehicles.Work collaboratively with team members and support continuous improvement efforts.Able to work independently and work well with other team members.Able to adapt to changing priorities and a fast-paced warehouse environment.Be accountable for contributing to team-based goals and performance metrics.Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager.Operations Accurately pull products for store transfers orders using pick lists or handheld scanners.Restock inline shelves from overflow product bins during or after picking to ensure product availability and flow.Maintain shelf cleanliness and ensure proper product rotation (FIFO - First In, First Out).Ensure all outgoing orders are complete, correctly labeled, and securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.Stage and organize packed orders in the designated outbound area for delivery and shipments.Perform quality checks on items prior to packing, verifying product condition, expiration dates, and accuracy.Replenish pick locations as needed to keep fulfillment areas fully stocked and operational.Assisting in routine cycle counts and contributes to inventory accuracy.May assist with loading shipments into delivery vehicles.Overall Schedule 40 hours / 5 days a week, including holidays and peak business hours.Able to work overtime when needed.Other Flexible and open schedule depending on the business' needs, maintain exceptional attendance.Leave personal issues at the door and uphold a professional atmosphere.Have a positive attitude, be open to constructive feedback, and be solution oriented.Must be able to lift and carry up to 35lbs consistently and up to 50lbs occasionally.Able to stand on feet for 8+ hours a day. Requires standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements throughout the shift.Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent.A minimum of 1 year of warehouse/inventory experience preferred.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required Demonstrates the ability to quickly learn inventory processes and effectively communicate with team members.Exhibits excellent work ethic (always looking for tasks to keep busy), superior attention to detail and the ability to be a self-starter and work independently.Demonstrates the ability to work as a part of a team with a desire to grow and improve performance through feedback and coaching.Physical / Environmental Requires periods during which continuous physical exertion is required such as walking, standing, stooping, bending, climbing, and lifting materials, some of which may be heavy or awkward.
