What colleagues say:

“When I think of Laura the term "results" comes to mind. I had the pleasure of knowing Laura as a peer at Mission Bell. Working on the executive team together, she was able to learn a new industry and very quickly understand our managers and their management styles. I was truly impressed with her tenacity and results-driven mindset. She effectively interpreted the strategic goals of the business and organized her team to achieve them, including relaunching the performance review process and improving pay analysis and structure. She will be a great fit for a results-oriented organization that seeks to quickly drive change and forward progress.” – James Hernandez, Director of Scheduling and Chief Innovation Officer at Mission Bell

“Laura and I worked together at Nutanix, where Laura held many roles but my interaction with her was mainly in her Global Employee Relations role. I always found Laura to be very consistent, fair, and methodical. We worked on many cases together and I appreciated her thoroughness to bring cases to a close. In addition to this, I also worked with Laura on setting up and scaling standard processes that were applied and applicable globally. Laura is a great team player and very capable in setting up the foundations of an HR dept.”—Emma Taylor, Sr. HRBP, Western Europe.
